Thought about the Redberry service of Unicom
成功的服务还需要相配套的设备啊！如果当初只有这项服务，没有低成本的Blackberry这个终端设备的配合，这项服务又怎会如此成功呢？
如果联通想模仿RIM的业务也应该全部搬过来来，只提供这项服务，没有相应的终端，靠手机那狭小的键盘，狭小的屏幕，如何发挥PUSH Mail的优势呢？

独立解决问题的重要性
其实，每个人可以解决的问题范围，都不只是看上去那么小。
很多时候，是我们太过于依靠他人，或其他渠道去解决问题了。
或者说，只是一种态度??懒惰罢了。
作为一个个体，要保持其自由度，以及其主观选择，才能完全发挥其个体的魅力。
并不是夸大个体的作用，只是因为现在个体的独立性，唯一性现在被极度忽视了，这在整个社会，整个教育模式都可以看到。
很多时候，是我们太过于依靠他人，或其他渠道去解决问题了。

经常有朋友和记者问我：你觉得竞争对手有
哪些？某网站很会炒做吸引眼球你有什么打算呢？对于这些问题，我的回答很简单也从未改变：“国内我没有看到真正的对手，因为我们所做和想做的还没有人做的
很好；为了吸引眼球的炒做没有什么错，但是我们相信把自己的事情做好，同样有更大的价值。最重要的是保持沟通和创新??压力永远来自于自己而不是外部。
这半年来看到的、听到的、想到的问题一直没有间断过思考：在“Web2.0时代”这一说法被越来越多人接受的时候，在Web2.0这个筐越来越大的时候，究竟什么是我们该做的，什么是不该做的，一定是我们要想清楚的。我们在“取舍之间”作出的选择，是我们认可的价值。
有几点，我们想的很清楚并且会坚持下去的：那就是Blogbus不会因为迎合而丧失自我，娱乐大众消磨时光的事太多人在做，那不是我们想做的，我们把自
己想做的做好就足够了。Blogbus要创新、引导和发掘价值，这些不是喊喊口号的事情，而是要真正的从一点一滴做起??这要求我们有一个好的心态，做好
自己认为有价值的东西，而不用去管别人怎么做或怎么说。
高端和低端
听到不少人说Blogbus的定位是“高端用户”，包
括卢亮见我也这么说，可是我从来不认为我们的定位是“高端”，也没想过就是要定位高端??我们认为BlogBus要做的是满足大部分用户需要的服务。我在
年会上说中文没有一家真正称得上优秀的BSP，指的不是“高端服务”，而是最基础的服务大家还都没有做好，谈何高端呢？更有趣的是：很多人认为Blog基
础服务没有什么门槛谁都可以做??但是我们一方面没有看到有把基础服务做好的中文BSP，只有做的“热闹”的；一方面那些“高端人士”却又都不肯俯下身来
踏踏实实的做点真正服务更多用户的服务。那么，我想说的是：这些BlogBus愿意来做，并且会坚持做下去。

朋友很重要
越来越觉得，朋友是特别值得珍惜的。
随着自己一点点成长，需要朋友的依靠，朋友给与我的也越来越多。
经常一个人并不能改变很多，需要一个小的团体合作，总是朋友之间的相互合作也鼓励，才会有所成就。
最近我们学校（BUPT），要举办一个诺基亚杯，创意大赛，其实我是挺想参加，但想想还有期中考试要忙，还有准备给学校宣创部上课的事，觉得时间总不够用，而自己最近效率又一直好低好低，就准备放弃了，今天是报名的最后截止日期了。呵呵，同学突然套用我以前说的话告诉我，学习并不是最重要的，这些活动才更重要的。想起了我以前说过这句话。呵呵，那时的我充满梦想，随时会记录下一时的灵感与创意的火花。（好习惯，可惜没怎么坚持呀~）
最近越发担心自己的成绩了，来到大学，给了自己极大的自由度，学费对我来说真是浪费了，每个星期的颗，几乎只上了四分之一还不到。而且大部分还都不是被称为主课的课。
呵呵，但是呢，我总是想坚持自己的路线，就像昨天在公车上和朋友说的，不想和大学里的其他人都一样，做同样的事，想同样的东西，要做就要做的不同寻常，但要有自己的意义。
创造不同，总会有反对的声音，甚至是来自于自身的。
今天得到同学的鼓励，说我的想法总是特别独特，应该去试试，给我了不少信心，谢谢你！
